黄山头酒新招19家经销商 合同金额达1.51亿

 凯乐科技日前公告称，控股子公司湖北黄山头酒业营销有限公司(以下简称黄山头酒)与19家经销商签订了黄山头酒经销合同，合同总金额为1.51亿元，占湖北黄山头酒业有限公司2011年白酒销售收入的59.2%，占公司销售收入的9.9%，对公司2012年、2013年的业绩产生一定的影响。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　2012 "Times New Roman"">年4月28 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">至5 "Times New Roman"">月7日，黄山头酒召开经销商洽谈会。会议期间，黄山头营销与19 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">家经销商签订黄山头酒经销合同，合同总金额为人民币15140 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">万元，合同有效期为1 "Times New Roman"">年。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　“ "Times New Roman"">首期打款金额大约40% "Times New Roman"">～50%，每个经销商的合同不一样，有一些差异” mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，凯乐科技董事会办公室张先生告诉《每日经济新闻》记者，这是公司第一次集中签约，“ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">做得好，我们会续签，做不好我们还是会换。这次19 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">家都是新的经销商，现在还有一些有意向性的经销商，接下来陆陆续续还会有新的经销商进来” mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，张先生说。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　据张先生介绍，目前黄山头酒经销商超过一百家，主要分布在湘、鄂、粤、沪、豫等地的县市，这次也是对经销商的一个补充，扩大黄山头酒的覆盖面。从销售渠道看，目前公司的主要营销渠道是经销商销售、集团直销和地产捆绑式销售，占比均为30% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">左右。公司的主要优势地区在湖北和湖南，其中湖北销售收入占比60% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">左右，湖南地区占比近30% "Times New Roman"">。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　《每日经济新闻》记者注意到，2012 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">年一季度，黄山头酒的营收和净利润延续了高速增长。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　截至3 "Times New Roman"">月末，公司实现营业收入5.26 "Times New Roman"">亿元，较上期的2.596 "Times New Roman"">亿元同比增长102.65% "Times New Roman"">，公司称，主要是酒业收入及通信光缆收入增长所致。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　虽然公司并未在一季报中披露白酒行业的详细营收和净利润，但是在4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">月19 "Times New Roman"">日公司发布的为黄山头酒提供担保的公告中则有较为详细的数据：截至2012 "Times New Roman"">年3月31 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">日，黄山头的资产总额为85273 "Times New Roman"">万元，负债21139.5 "Times New Roman"">万元，营业收入10700.16 "Times New Roman"">万元，净利润5358.64 "Times New Roman"">万元，白酒主业对应的每股收益为0.102 "Times New Roman"">元。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　值得注意的是，一季度白酒主业的净利润率超过了50% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，对此，张先生称，一季度有一部分费用没分摊进去，比如广告费，而公司目前在加大营销策划和广告投放，所以全年的净利润率没这么高，他预计能达到30% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">以上的水平。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">　　有分析人士认为，作为区域性白酒品牌，10 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">亿元的销售规模是一个门槛，一旦突破10 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">亿元，营收将可能大幅度提升，净利润率也将有进一步的提升。“ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">白酒这块今年肯定做不到10 "Times New Roman"">亿元，应该需要两三年的时间” "Times New Roman"">，张先生说。
